A message received at 1:41 p.m., April 20, 2007, was read stating the                                                           
Senate passed CSHB 95(FIN) with the following amendment and it is                                                               
transmitted for consideration:                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
           SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 95(FIN) am S                                                                    
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                    
    program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and                                                             
    to capitalize funds; making appropriations under art. IX, sec.                                                              
    17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska; and providing for an
